Lenovo has a slew of ThinkPad laptops and peripherals for the new year, including updates to the T- and L-Series lines, as well as a wholly fresh hybrid system, the ThinkPad Yoga 370.

All new ThinkPad laptops will boast Intel's latest Core i Kaby Lake processors, MilSpec certification for durability, discrete TPM 2.0 for security, and Microsoft Signature Image for a clean system with no bloatware.

Aimed at either business or personal use, the Yoga 370 is a 13-inch convertible laptop featuring Lenovo's signature 360-degree hinge for full screen rotation. Also present is the same flattening keyboard we've seen on their high-end business systems like the ThinkPad X1 Yoga, which locks the keys down flat as you fold the screen back for protection and a more comfortable grip.

The 370 includes a full HD touch display, Thunderbolt 3 support, and can be configured with up to 1TB of solid-state storage. There are some other useful extras in the 370, like protection against malfunctioning USB-C power supplies damaging your system and an anti-reflective screen finish. With a claimed 10 hours of battery life and weighing just over three pounds, the 370 is built to be travel friendly. It will be available in February 2017 starting at $1,149.

The ThinkPad T-Series has four new laptops: The T570, T470, T470s, and T470p.

The T570 is a 15-inch business laptop with customizable storage, discrete graphics, and optional additional batteries; it arrives in February, starting at $949.

The T470 is the mainline 14-inch workhorse in Lenovo's proverbial stable, now slightly thinner and lighter at 20mm thick and 3.49 pounds. It features discrete Nvidia GeForce 940MX graphics, Thunderbolt 3 support, and a fingerprint reader.

The T470s and T470p are specialized versions of that laptop, focusing more on portability and performance, respectively. The T470s is an ultraportable that weighs just under 3 pounds and does not offer a discrete graphics option. The T470p isn't quite as slim, but offers greater connectivity options, discrete graphics, and more memory.

All three will be available in January 2017, with the T470 starting at $949, the T470s at $1,149, and the T470p at $1,099.

On the value side, the L-Series business laptops get refreshed with the L470 and the L570. The L470 is a 14-inch system rated at 12 hours of battery life, switchable integrated and discrete AMD graphics, and a full HD display with In-Plane Switching technology. The L570 is a 15-inch model available with integrated graphics and a 720p or 1080p display. It weighs 5.25 pounds and can include up 1TB of storage with 512GB of solid-state storage. Both will launch in February, with the L470 starting at $799 and the L570 at $949.

Outside those lines, the ThinkPad X270 will add its 12.5-inch form factor and potential 20 hours of battery life to the family. The ThinkPad 13, meanwhile, is a budget option that still offers the shared ThinkPad features. It includes a 13.3-inch full HD touch display, integrated graphics, and up to 512GB of storage. Both will launch in January, with the X270 starting at $949 and the ThinkPad 13 at $699.

Lenovo is also launching separate USB-C- and Thunderbolt 3-centric docks. The former will be available in January for $199, and the latter in February for $279. Two new 24-inch and 27-inch QHD ThinkVision displays will be coming in March, with pricing yet to be announced.
