In this week’s game you are faced with the challenge of getting all the gears moving on each level, but not everything is as simple as it first appears to be. Patience and skill will be required to become a true Gear Master or Gear Mistress, so get ready to spin things up!

There are forty levels to delight and frustrate you as you progress through the game…and there will definitely be some frustration ahead!

The first level is a simple tutorial on how to activate all gears on the screen.

Special Notes: 1.) Our screenshots unfortunately did not allow us to show you the moving gears on each game level, but during the early levels ~50% of the gears will be moving. 2.) You can disable the shadows beneath the gears in the game window by clicking on the capital Q in the lower left corner (which may make things easier to see/visualize during game play).

Two clicks and the right gear is now turning along with the left one.

At the end of each level you will see your score, be able to move on to the next level, or can return to the Main Menu if desired.

The second level starts the eventual build-up to multiple moving and non-moving gears. Here the two gears in the ‘middle’ are the moving ones…

Four clicks and all is well on the second level.

The third level introduces matching colored gears up to each other. As you can see mixing the different colors is not allowed.

The fourth level continues the gradual elevation in difficulty.

The further you go in the game the more complicated it will become. The gears will be stacked as seen here, the steel plates will block some chain connections, and you may have to do quite a bit of experimentation before finding the right combination. Here is the solution for the twelfth level…all that remains is to connect the two rust-red colored gears at each end of the blue outlined area. Good luck and have fun!

Note: Clicking on chains that you have created will remove them if your chosen match-ups are not part of the correct solution.
