Dial Zero is a handy Android application that shows you the quickest route from the start of your customer service call to a real human.
The Android-only app catalogs the customer service numbers of over 600 major US corporation and includes tips on how to quickly get from the start of the call to the point where you can speak with a real live customer service agent. In additional to the formal instructions each call entry has a feedback section attached where comments from Dial Zero users are voted up or down based on usefulness.
In the screenshot here the most popular comment on the Sprint-Nextel entry is the suggestion that another customer service number is quicker–based on the 44 positive votes it would be safe to assume that the number is in fact quicker and worth checking out.
